Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Money Orders.

Product Warranty

All A/C compressors, alternators and starters are guaranteed for 1 year or 20,000 km. Other products vary but the minimum is 90 days or 5,000 km.

Core Refunds

All cores returned complete with no visible damage will be issued full trade in credit.

Qualifying as Trade

To be offered trade/volume discounts, please fill in our contact form and arrangements will be negotiated.

Shipping

We ship using Fedex, Purolator, UPS. Any duty/excise/customs will be borne by the customer, as levied by the cartage agent.

Classic Cars

ZEX will receive your original part, rebuild to OEM specifications and ship it back to you ready for installation. Our Rebuild and Return service is economical and reliable.

Delivery Timing

This will depend entirely on the availability of your required part. Most items will ship within 3 days or less.
